Infeed Device for Rollbag R3200 Automatic Bagger

The Rollbag Weigh Count Sorting Table is designed to seamlessly integrate to the Rollbag R3200 Automatic Bagger for an all-in-one weigh count bagging solution. The operator places a product into the weigh bucket to set the per piece weight and then chooses the target count per bag. The Weigh Count Sorting table automatically dispenses product into the Rollbag R3200 once the target count has been reached. The Weigh Count Sorting Table has an accuracy of 0.003 oz (0.1 g) and a max bucket weight of 6.6 lbs (3 kg).

The Rollbag Weigh Count Sorting Table features a 1-year limited warranty which can be extended up to 5-years with our optional comprehensive warranty.

Packaging Process:

  1. The operator sets the weight per product by placing a defined number of the same parts in the bucket (this can be stored via the recipe screen)
  2. The operator sets the target count – number of parts per bag (this can be stored via the recipe screen)
  3. While the operator places product into the bucket, the control panel shows the quantity of product loaded
  4. Once the target count has been reached the color on the display changes from red to green and the bucket automatically dispenses product into the funnel above the bag
  5. The bucket returns back to its home position while the bagger seals the bag with product in it and dispenses a new one. The process begins again from step 3.
